Weird altering creation again…!

So we have an online crop that started today at CropStop and my challenge is to re-use and alter. Why don’t you go over there and join us!?
This is what I have done for the challenge. It took me quite some time to do since I had to do it a little bit at a time ;)

I have glued Flower Soft “Ivory” onto the balls. Wired up some 3mm ribbon on it, added some pearls, roses and a butterfly. The butterfly is misted with Pink Taffy and CoffeeShop. I have also used some pearls to cover up the wire at the top since I used wire for the “base”.
On the can I painted a heart with my new lovely Ferro Paint “Old gold” from Viva Decor. A lovely paint that adds structure and color at the same time. And you can make pretty think layers if you want to and it sticks to even plastic. I also have a crackle paint that I’ll test soon ;)
On top of the hart I have used my Spellbinders, and how have I been able to work without them before!? I used “Fancy Tags” and the smaller inner part of the “Fleur de lis” set and they have been inked with distress ink “Antique Linen” and tied it up on the can with a Organdy ribbon. For the top of the can I used the large part of “Fleur de lis” that have been inked with the same color and in the end I added some pearls and roses.

The close ups:

Ohhh I almost forgot! the text on he front is an old BoBunny rub on that I found in my stash.

Caged butterfly

Well, I have been working on a birdcage this week and I thought there should be something in it and since it was close to my die cut Tuesday at Cropstop I used a butterfly die cut for it!

The butterfly is misted with Vintage Pink and Copper, the roses got a spray of them too since they looked so dull.
The butterfly edges got a thin layer of distress stickles “tattered rose” and the pearls are from Kaiser.
